Go Easy

'Go easy' is a stunning Caribbean colonial style residence, conceived by renowned architects Gillespie and Steel, with some 10,000 square feet of covered space. The house is comprehensively equipped and tastefully furnished throughout with beautiful wooden furniture imported from Indonesia complemented with local upholstered furniture.

The main house provides living and dining areas of grand proportion with walls of coral and floors of marble. Life in the main house centres around the Great Room which opens onto a extremely spacious covered living patio with ceiling fans. Relaxing in the comfortable lounge furniture guests enjoy views over the infinity edge swimming pool, gardens and private tennis court to the sea beyond.

The four spacious air conditioned bedrooms in the main house have private balconies with ceiling fans and wooden sun-loungers. The magnificent marble tiled en suite bathrooms are a particular feature of the property. Those guests who prefer not to use air conditioning will enjoy the way the bedrooms have been designed to take advantage of the cooling trade winds. Three of the four bedrooms have four poster beds. In addition one room has a full size 3 ft day bed and another has a smaller day bed suitable for a child. Each room has a CD player, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, dressing room with a safe and hairdryer. All bedrooms are equipped with best quality Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and bath robes.

There is an additional garden bedroom with double/twin bed and en-suite shower room which can be rented by arrangement to provide accommodation for nanny/children.

Meals are taken at the magnificent 14 seat marble table on the dining patio. Surrounded by tropical foliage, the patio enjoys cooling breezes supplemented by ceiling fans. A water feature flows under a wooden bridge between the dining and living patios.

The air conditioned family room provides a comfortable hideaway to enjoy state of the art video/audio entertainment with 42inch plasma screen, multi-region DVD player, VCR, CD player, headset and IPod docking station. Music can also be played through patio speakers.

The pool pavilion/bar, a perfect location for 'sundowners' with it's well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher and magnificent 48 inch built in gas barbecue, provides a great spot for lunch or casual evening dining. It has a convenient indoor shower and toilet and also an adjacent outdoor shower.

At the opposite side of the pool is a two bedroom guest cottage providing flexible accommodation with two air conditioned double/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sharing a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage bedrooms open onto a shaded patio by the swimming pool.
