Villa Nina

The villa is just a short walk from the rocky coastline where you can enjoy breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets, an old horse track runs along the coastline all the way to the next town and makes for a beautiful early evening walk. There's a sandy beach 1800m away, a local bus service runs to the beach regularly, and another sandy beach just a little further along where you can do all kinds of water sports. Bike hire is also popular in the resort as the area's totally flat. The resort is centred around a pretty marina, where you can enjoy boat trips or even hire your own! Here you have an extensive selection of shops, bars, and restaurants all set around the marina. There are bouncy castle parks, a water park, go-kart track and many other attractions for children. There is a bus service to and from the nearby old capital of Ciutadella. Nearest airport Mahon is approx 45 kms from villa. The nearest ferry port, Ciutadella is only a 15 mins drive.

The villa comprises a master bedroom which has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and full en suite bathroom.
Two twin bedrooms both with built in wardrobes.
Main bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet.
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave etc and a door leading onto the terrace.
There is a utility Room with washing machine, iron and ironing board also provided.
The Lounge/dining room with French windows to the terrace has satellite TV (free view channels only) and DVD.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Bath towels and linen are included and are changed once a week. Please note that beach and pool towels are not provided.
