This stunning villa is set in a beautiful location on land that stretches over an elevated peninsular with magnificent
eastern views of Tong Son Bay at sunrise and Bang Rak Bay and the islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan at sunset. Situated
in one of the most prestigious residential developments on the island the villa has been designed to allow most people to
do as much or as little as they wish.
The architect has taken full advantage of the amazing location combining traditional Thai style architecture with sumptuous
living and outdoor areas. The villa can easily be split and rented as two separate units with separate entrances and so
provides privacy even when staying with friends.
The villa has extensive living areas with large outdoor pool terraces for dining and lounging. Both the West and East
pool terraces have sun at different times of the day and are equipped with teak tables, parasols and however many teak
sun loungers you require. The East pool terrace, situated in front of the dining area, is a nice place to evade the
sun in the afternoon as the property gives a lot of shade. A massage sala is located next to the swimming pool, offering
views to the beach and surrounding bay. On request guests can enjoy a traditional Thai massage or a relaxing aroma oil
massage by the resident masseur. The upper terrace on the East side is mostly shaded from early afternoon until sunset.
This area is a private area to the master bedroom suites and benefits from a Jacuzzi which overhangs the pool terrace
with stunning bay views.
The West terrace is an area for relaxation and socializing and enjoys sun from morning until sunset. It boasts a large
infinity edged pool, a sala equipped with fully stocked bar and sitting area and Jacuzzi for eight people. In the
evening the bar area is an ideal spot to watch the sunset. The snooker room is located half a level up from the
terrace and is a great place to socialize during the evening.
The two master bedroom suites are situated on the upper level of the East side of the villa and the two further
bedroom suites on the West side. The suites have their own en-suite shower areas with open garden terraces and
additional private terraces with sitting area, sun loungers and parasol.
Room facilities include 42 inch plasma TV, hifi system with Denon surround sound and Ipod connection, DVD,
UBC and wireless Internet.
The large dining and TV room is situated on the east side of the property with open access onto a large terrace
and BBQ area. This room is home to a state of the art sound and viewing system with equipment including a 50
inch Pioneer Plasma TV, Denon Amp and DVD player with professional JBL Surround Sound. The dining table caters
for eight people and is positioned to maximize the view.
The professionally designed gym enjoys the magnificent views, with state of the art equipment installed by leading
supplier Techno Gym and consists of a full Kinesis range of machines, one of the latest equipments available on the
market. It also boasts other top of the range Techno Gym equipment including Treadmill, Exercise Bike, Stepper, Cross
Trainer and Cardio Wave Machine. In addition to the above there is also a full set of free weights-benches and
barbells-dumbbells. At the rear of the gym is an open terrace at the side of a beautiful Koi Carp pond and water feature.
The main kitchen (not guest kitchen) is located in the basement access area of the property and is a professional chef
kitchen in stainless steel with separate wine cellar and all equipment necessary for a banquette. The access area of
the property is also the main entrance to the villa and has a four car garage with water feature, fully sound proofed
generator room (standby), staff’s quarter and laundry room. The east and west side of the villa are entered via
separate stairs from each side of the basement area.
The property is equipped with a state of the art Bosch alarm with CCTV cameras in the basement area which record all
activity onto a hard drive. The villa is fitted with motion censors throughout and each room is fitted with smoke alarms
which are wired into the alarm system. Guests operate the bedroom alarms with a key fob when staying in the property
to keep their rooms secure. The area also has 24 hour security guards which patrol the perimeter of the property on a
regular basis.
Guests have access to wireless internet throughout the property if they bring their own laptop.
LOCATION
The property is conveniently located on the north east coast of Koh Samui, only 10 minutes drive from the airport
and 15 minutes drive from the nightlife of Chewang or fine restaurants in Fisherman’s Village in Bophut. Secluded
beaches to the east and west of the property are just a short walk down the hill away from the villa. The pier to
neighbouring islands is situated in Bang Rak, 5 minutes drive from the property.
