Designed to accommodate up to 12 people in luxury and style, Trinity Beach Palace is a decadent house providing around
1000sqm of accommodation. It incorporates large entertainment areas, a beachfront pool, a bath house and its own outdoor games area.
The property sits directly on trinity’s white sand beach;
the boundary is the high tide mark! Relax in the year round climate-controlled ozone pool, read a book from our library, fall
asleep in the large day bed under the thatched roof or get energetic and go play some games.
As night time arrives you can fix yourself a cocktail, sit at the bar with friends and enjoy life or maybe an outdoor
barbecue is what you feel like tonight? Perhaps a late night port in the Safari Den could be just what’s needed.
After all, tomorrow is another big day – filled with more playing and swimming or even just reading and sleeping.
Location - On a beautiful beach in far north Queensland
Trinity Beach Palace is located 15 minutes north of Cairns International airport in tropical far north Queensland.
The beach is regarded by many as the very best in this region. The property is located in a secluded part of Trinity
Beach. Yet, it is an easy walk to some excellent local bars and restaurants.
From Trinity Beach you can drive to Palm Cove or Port Douglas
to sample the extensive range of culinary delights or play golf on an international course only 10 minutes away.
There are regular day trips from Cairns to the Great Barrier Reef, if you would like to explore this Australian national treasure.
About the property
Set on approximately 10,000sqm (2 ½ acres) of park-like, tropical landscaped grounds with 130m of beach frontage, this property is
of an exceptional standard. From the moment you enter the austere “palace gates” you can sense that this is a special place.
The house includes a generous entrance, a large main lounge area, casual and informal dining, library/study, late night safari
den or second lounge, open plan entertainment kitchen, games and entertainment area with large TV, Bose surround sound and X-Box,
as well as a separate desk with designated PC. There is also a Bose professional club sound system for high quality music.
The entire accommodation is full air-conditioned.
There is a large adjoining swimming pool complex with a 50sqm natural ozone swimming pool, which is climate controlled to a year
round temperature of 31 degrees Celsius. This also contains an African style bathhouse at one end. Choose from a number of outdoor
sun and shade areas as well as an extensive selection of outdoor furniture; including hammocks, day beds and recliners. A dedicated
undercover barbecue area is within close proximity to the eating area.
Direct beach access, the outdoor shower and an elevated sun-bathing platform sitting on the front lawn boundary directly overlooking
the beach all ensure you can spend plenty of time soaking up Queensland’s fabulous tropical climate. There is also a small elevated
meditation house with a double hammock overlooking the entire property and directly onto the beach.
If you are feeling energetic make use of our private games arena: a dedicated sports lawn with a large selection of sports equipment
for volleyball, football, rugby, baseball, cricket and other sports.
Each suite or room is lavishly decorated; dressings include rich English velvet, sensual silk and hand screen printed fabrics with
gold woven coverings. The furniture is a combination of regal classic-chic arm chairs and settees as well as soft leather and
velvet couches. Hand-made rugs, each individually designed to reflect modern tribal designs, complete the picture. The interior
is exotic and will be appreciated by those who desire not only a sense of luxury, but a sense of adventure.
Services - We can arrange anything you like or nothing at all the choice is yours.
You can have as much or as little as you desire. From full service; including everything from a private concierge and your own
personal chef to no on-site staff- for complete privacy. It’s your choice.
The hire rate includes the entire property and its in-built facilities but also included in the daily hire price is daily
cleaning, linen, towels, and a basic pantry of cooking ingredients. Newspapers and magazines are also available on a daily
basis. Our site manager will arrange for you anything you need or want.
Some of our guests request additional cleaning services, such as a personal chef, others may bring their own chef, prefer
to self cook in our gourmet kitchen, have an outdoor barbecue or simply eat out at the excellent selection of local restaurants.
We can also arrange in-house catering for dinner parties, lunches, or whatever you would like.
We will stock the bar to your pre-ordered request and re-stock it during your stay if you wish. We will also ensure your grocery
list is there upon your arrival and we can take care of any on-going grocery shopping requirements you may have.
Whether you want to relax and be pampered or get physical and work out, it’s all available on the property or close to it.
Utilising local specialists we can arrange appointments with beauty therapists, masseuses (in house massage also available),
hair-stylists and yoga instructors. There is also a gymnasium and Pilates studio nearby.
Baby sitters and daily child care assistance is also available.
You can hire a limousine if you wish; otherwise there is a range rover vogue 4WD available for hire with the property if you prefer
to drive yourself.
We can arrange adventure tours, evening entertainment, day trips and barrier reef excursions; pretty much anything at all.
