Villa 34 is a one-story home with four air-conditioned bedrooms. This Villa was entirely renovated in 2003 with the Master bath remodeled in 2006. This villa includes two master suites with king size beds. One master features a walk in shower and an impressive Jacuzzi tub, the other has his and hers walk in showers. Both master suites include covered patios with hammocks and seating areas. All rooms open to the lush tropical yard and pool area, which features an outdoor shower, six custom chaise-lounge chairs, a dramatic waterfall and ocean view. All bedrooms are inter-connected by open-air walkways with terrariums. Spacious living areas and a large open-air dining room offer ocean views with walkways leading to the beach area. An air-conditioned bonus room also has two day beds. The gourmet kitchen includes a center-island and high quality stainless appliances. Guestrooms have bathrooms with showers. One guestroom has a queen and the other has two twins, masters have king size. Living area has a bar area and stereo with CD player.

Sea Horse Ranch facilities include 5 tennis courts, horse back riding and a restaurant on site.The 24 hour security in this gated community gives complete peace of mind.
