A stunning, privately owned villa in a superb location with magnificent views over Falmouth Harbour and having unique options for sailing on our own yacht.
The villa comprises a Private pool, large sundeck with 7 seater hot-tub, gazebo & bar.
There is a spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on covered patio overlooking pool and view.
Our Antigua villa has flexible accommodation i.e. it is available with any number from 2 up to 5 bedrooms depending on the size of your group. The maximum number of beds in the 5 bedrooms is 16.
For the 2006/7 season, there will be an additional room - The Green Room. This will be on the cooler, shadier side of the house and will feature wrought iron panel walls with roller blinds for weather protection. It will be a cool, shady place to relax, read, maybe do yoga etc. It will also feature a multi-gym for anybody who wants to workout. It will have an en-suite bathroom and, with the double sofa-bed, may be used as a 6th bedroom.
